Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any service you received, please notify us within five days of your appointment.

Reservations

In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A credit card will be required for booking of some services.


Please notify the spa manager of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when scheduling your appointment.

Cancellation/Rescheduling

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. If you need make a change to your reservation, please provide 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Any cancellation requested less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of 30% of the cost of your scheduled service. We acknowledge that the time of our clients and therapists is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. Please call 470-375-7178 to make adjustments to your reservation.


Arrival Time

We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to fill out a client profile necessary to tailor our services to your personal needs and for you to begin relaxing and enjoying our facilities.


If you are late for an appointment, your treatment will end as scheduled so that the next appointment may begin at the appropriate time. Should this happen, your service will be charged in full. We will work to accommodate you if possible, however if you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment time, we will need to reschedule your service. 


Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in the price of any services. Customary tipping of 15- 20% is greatly appreciated.  You are welcome to leave gratuity by card or cash at the front desk.  

For your convenience, a 20% gratuity will be automatically added to all Spa services for groups of four or more.

  

Returns and Refunds

Gift certificates are refundable 15 days from date of purchase with receipt. Unopened products are refundable 7 days from date of purchase with receipt. Opened products will be given a credit towards spa services.  Cash returns will be refunded by check within 21 business days.

 

Right to Refuse Service

Our trained staff is here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. If our staff ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately and direct you to the front desk. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our spa atmosphere.

Groupon

All policies and procedures will apply to Groupon appointments and will follow the same guidelines as any scheduled full price services. No shows and late cancellations will result in Groupon vouchers being redeemed. Expired Groupon vouchers will not be accepted.  Please contact Groupon for any refunds regarding expired vouchers. The Groupon voucher is redeemable only toward the Groupon service purchased. No substitutions or exceptions are allowed for any reason.
